You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the package without giving any reason. 

This does not apply to:

• Personalized products (no returns possible)

How does the return work?

You don't like one or more of the items you ordered? Send us an email with your order number and the reason and you will receive your return label by email and you will receive a refund or an exchange item after we receive the shipment.

If you return one or more items from your order to us, we will refund the purchase price, but unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs.
