You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of the parcel without giving any reason.  

This does not apply to:

• Personalized products (no return possible here)

How does the return process work? 

Don't like one or more of the items you ordered? Write us an e-mail with your order number and the reason and you will receive your return label by e-mail and you will receive a refund or an exchange item upon receipt of the shipment.

Please enclose a note with your order number and your name to make it easier for us to allocate your order. Please send the shipment to the following address: 

Will your return costs be reimbursed?

If you return one or more items from your order to us, we will refund the purchase price, but unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs.
